How We Work

From opportunity to an operating asset

Six stages, each with a defined output. Scope and responsibilities are agreed project by project, and we work alongside the EPC, engineers and specialists the project already has.

  1. Opportunity assessment

Site, grid position, demand profile, project maturity and strategic fit.

  2. Feasibility

Technical concept, grid and permitting interfaces, preliminary cost.

  3. Technology and commercial design

BESS and PV configuration, PCS, EMS/PPC, market route and warranties.

  4. Investment and contracting

Investment case, revenue options, contracting strategy and risk allocation.

  5. Execution integration

Coordination of EPC, suppliers, engineering, commissioning and reporting.

  6. Lifecycle optimisation

LTSA and O&M interfaces, performance monitoring and augmentation.

For EPC and engineering partners

We coordinate interfaces. You build.

Our role sits between owner, technology supplier, local specialists and the grid. We keep requirements, responsibilities and documentation aligned so construction and commissioning are not held up by issues outside your scope.

  • Owner and supplier requirements consolidated before construction
  • Grid-code, certification and import obligations assigned
  • One point of contact for local coordination

Starting an engagement

Three steps to begin

  1. Introduction

A first conversation about your project or market, your priorities and where we can contribute. No cost and no commitment.

  2. Confidential review

With an NDA in place, we review project-level information with the right specialists.

  3. Defined engagement

A fixed scope and form, agreed case by case: per opportunity, ongoing mandate or project integration.

Start a conversation

Have a storage project or a market-entry question for Spain?

Tell us where you are. A first conversation is about fit: what you need, what is already in place and where local coordination would change the outcome.
