Market Entry · for technology manufacturers

A credible route into Spain for storage technology

A competitive product and a good price are not enough to win Spanish tenders. Buyers expect proposals built to local criteria, a complete EU market-access structure and a partner on the ground through delivery.

What we provide

Market Entry & Local Execution

Tender-ready proposals

Technical and economic proposals prepared to Spanish scoring criteria and client expectations, in parallel with the compliance work they depend on.

EU market-access structure

Coordination of the Authorised Representative, Importer of Record, producer registration, Battery Passport data and customs, with each obligation assigned.

Local execution support

Day-to-day coordination with clients, grid and permitting interfaces, local specialists and commissioning, without displacing the project's EPC.

Market access

Why market access is more than shipping a battery

Placing batteries on the EU market involves several regulatory domains at once. Each needs a named responsible party.

Delivery terms

DAP or DDP decides who carries the exposure

The Incoterm is not a logistics detail. Under DAP, import obligations pass to the buyer; under DDP they stay with the seller, which then needs a complete European structure.

Authorised Representative and EPR obligations depend on who qualifies as producer or importer under the Battery Regulation; in practice this usually follows the Incoterm. This summary is a working reference, not legal advice.
