Data we process

The data you provide through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, professional profile and the content of your message.

Purpose

To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional or commercial relationship you request. We do not create profiles or take automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then for the applicable legal periods. If no relationship follows, the data are deleted within twelve months at the latest.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting provider, with servers in the European Union, acts as data processor. We do not make international transfers.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@solar-tec.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
